Hamilton"Everything feels wrong"

Against the backdrop of Charles Leclerc’s pole position, Lewis Hamilton’s 12th-place result in Hungarian Grand Prix qualifying was a clear disappointment. Immediately after the session, the seven-time world champion did not hide his frustration—speaking on Sky Sports, he harshly criticized his own performance, calling himself “useless” and even jokingly suggested that Ferrari should replace him with another driver. In a brief press interview that lasted just 59 seconds, Hamilton continued his self-criticism: “I drove terribly—there’s no excuse. I simply wasn’t fast enough. The problem isn’t the car; it’s entirely down to me. I haven’t felt comfortable behind the wheel all weekend. It’s been the same issues in every session.” When asked whether potential rain in Sunday’s race might help him recover positions, Hamilton responded with little optimism: “To be honest, I don’t think anything can help me at this point.”
